At FootCareConnect, we are committed to providing high-quality foot care services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Once a foot care service has been provided, refunds are not available, as services are delivered in full at the time of the appointment.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, may offer a follow-up appointment or corrective care at our discretion.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may be charged the full appointment fee and are non-refundable.

In cases of genuine medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.
