Refund Policy 

At FootCareConnect, we are committed to providing high-quality foot care services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  • Once a foot care service has been provided, refunds are not available, as services are delivered in full at the time of the appointment.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, may offer a follow-up appointment or corrective care at our discretion.

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may be charged the full appointment fee and are non-refundable.

  • In cases of genuine medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.
